Fuck it. I just wanted to mention the fact that it has been suggested in several media outlets that one of the selection criteria for the current Supreme Court nominee was a lack of documented 'decisions'. This presumably limits the traction of his 'detractors' in their uncivil attempt to denounce him based on his beliefs and policies. Fair enough.

Out of curiosity though--show of hands--how many people out there would want their morality shuffled into a court like a Greek in a big wooden horse? Anyone?
